about
Kristin Reign Springer is THRILLED to teach young “movers and shakers” and guide families in growing musically!
An accomplished musician and performer, she has appeared at the White House, Off-Broadway, and with theater companies throughout the country. However lately, her favorite performance venues are at children’s birthday parties, where she brings favorite songs and characters to life for the entire family!
Kristin is a trained Music Together (R) instructor and is the Assistant Director of the Children’s Choir at All Souls Church in Manhattan. She is currently working on Dalcroze Certification and is a candidate for the NJ Pathways to Teaching Certification Program. As for theater, Kristin has directed musical productions at various summer camps for children aged 4-16, and taught young adults characterization and improvisation at Full Sail University. She plays the piano, various percussion instruments, and a little guitar.
Kristin is concurrently a Marketing Consultant at PerforMedia Studio, a sole proprietorship now in its seventh year, which guides clients through all stages of a marketing plan—including press and promotional advertising kits, websites, online communities, videos, and more. The name PerforMedia is a portmanteau (aka blend), pointing to the marketing needs of performers, indie-productions, individuals, and small businesses. PerforMedia’s clients include advertising agencies, retailers, academia, non-profits, realtors, and creative/performing artists.
A graduate of Florida State University, with academic honors and B.A. degrees in Music and Theater, Kristin has trained with “Improvisation Legend”, Wayne Brady, and Tony award-winning choreographer, Andy Blankenbuehler. Kristin also holds a Certificate in Marketing from NYU, and became a multimedia expert while teaching at Full Sail University.
